INVESTMENT & DEVELOPMENT LEADERSHIPKyle Verhasselt brings 14 years of experience across residential development and investment, with experience across more than $625 million of equity deployed and approximately $2.2 billion of total transaction value across 9,200+ residential units. Prior to founding Kavera Communities, he established Origin Investments’ Nashville office and supported the firm’s development and investment expansion across Florida and the Southeast. His experience spans project sourcing, entitlement, ground-up development, construction oversight, acquisitions, operating platform execution, and investment strategy across build-to-rent and multifamily strategies.
